September 14th –
Bellingham’s very own Western Washington University is having its 29th Annual KeyBank Viking Night Dinner & Auction! Help fundraise for student athletes at their “Blue Carpet Affair” with dinner, cocktails, and silent and live auctions.
September 15th –
Run a 5k through the beautiful Lake Terrell Watershed this Saturday! 5K Run with the Chums is free for all ages and participants can enjoy a free t-shirt, refreshments, guest speakers, watershed information, kid’s activities, and water conservation prizes.
Dress in your best lederhosen or dirndl for Kulshan’s 2018 Oktoberfest. This event features beer from 6 different Bellingham breweries! Join in on a costume contest, live music, brats, pretzels, and prize giveaways!
September 21st –
Head out to Zuanich Point Park for the 3rd annual Bellingham SeaFeast! Enjoy salmon, grilled oysters, fish tacos, and more! FisherPoets will be performing poetry, songs, and stories, and the festival will include competitions, dock tours, children’s games, demonstrations, and live entertainment!
September 22nd –
Have fun and support the homeless in your community by joining in on Your City Sports and Overflow Taps Brewery’s Soktoberfest! Donate a new pair of socks or purchase a pair at the door and take part in polka dancing, a costume contest, beerpong, cornhole, and other games!
At the Northwest Washington Fair Grounds in Lynden, see the encore performance of the Fall Demo Derby. Enjoy food trucks, a beer garden, and a thrilling performance by local drivers!
September 28th –
Celebrate the unique character of Fairhaven at the Fourth Friday Art Walk. Thanks to the Historic Fairhaven Association, more than 14 venues will share local art, appetizers, drinks, and live entertainment at this free event!
September 29th –
The Boys & Girls Clubhouse in Ferndale is hosting the Ferndale Cornhole Tournament to fundraise for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County. Enjoy food and beverages, as well as a championship celebration while benefiting the lives of Whatcom County children!
